"Service" refers to the elderly care programmes and related services offered by Willowbrook, including Holistic Residential Care, Emergency Respite Placement, and the Garden Therapy Day Programme. "User" or "You" refers to any individual accessing our website or engaging our services. "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Willowbrook, located at 17 Bishan Street 22, Singapore 579768. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement or engage our services on behalf of a family member.

3. Description of Services

Willowbrook provides elderly care services in Singapore, including long-term residential care, short-term respite placement, and daytime garden therapy programmes. Service details, availability, and pricing are described on our website and may be discussed further during a personal consultation. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing residents and programme participants.

4. Enquiries and Admissions

Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us by phone does not create a binding agreement for services. A formal agreement for care services is established only upon completion of an admission assessment and the signing of a separate care agreement between Willowbrook and the resident's authorised representative.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all enquiry forms, to use the website only for lawful purposes related to learning about or engaging our services, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems, and not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our written permission.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our care programmes are outlined during the consultation and admission process. The starting rates published on our website — SGD 2,380 per month for Holistic Residential Care, SGD 820 per week for Emergency Respite Placement, and SGD 410 per month for the Garden Therapy Day Programme — are indicative and may vary depending on individual care needs. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are detailed in the individual care agreement. We accept payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Fees are subject to periodic review, and any changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by programme. For Residential Care, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required. For Respite Placement, notice should be given as early as possible; partial refunds may apply depending on circumstances. For the Garden Therapy Day Programme, one calendar month's notice is typically required. Specific cancellation and refund terms are set out in the individual care agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Willowbrook and is protected under Singapore's intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Willowbrook regarding your use of this website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
